 CXtec now offers a CABLExpress-branded copper trunk line of products—a line of customizable, high-density terminated copper cabling items designed to save you time and money, says the company, by reducing installation time up to 80%. These new products are part of the new customized data centre solutions program CXtec instituted nearly a year ago. “We developed this new copper trunk product line with a plug-n-play design for quick network deployment,” said Peter E. Belyea, CXtec’s vice-president, Cabling/Data Centre Division. “The product line also minimizes installation downtime as there is no need for termination.” The products can be ordered with ‘staggered’ ends to reduce excess cable; trunk lengths range from 10 ft to 295 ft, in 1-ft increments, and can be designed with ‘breakout’ lengths that can be ordered in 1” increments. The cables come labelled for easy identification, with customized labelling options available.
